October 14th Doors Open at 5pm Dinner Promptly at 6pm

Tickets are available online and at the door (register online and you can pay for your tickets at the door) but please register online so we know how many people are coming and how much food to make and beer to bring!

MENU:

**Rye Bread Beer Cheese Sliders with Bratwurst & Sauerkraut**
The bready and slightly sweet profile of the Helles Lager perfectly complements the tangy kick of sauerkraut and the spicy flavors in rye bread. The beer cheese brings it all together and enhances the malty notes, while bratwurst introduces a savory element that’s iconic for Oktoberfest. Paired with Helles Awaits (5.4% Helles Lager) Bready malt profile with notes of cracker and a slight sweetness with low hop bitterness and spicy hop flavor.

**Autumn Harvest Salad with Citrus-IPA Vinaigrette**
The **Champion of the Sun** with its hazy character and high percentage of NE IPA will have pronounced fruitiness and low bitterness. The hops mentioned, especially Citra and Mosaic, tend to introduce flavors and aromas of tropical and citrus fruits. These characteristics make the beer a fantastic pairing with a seasonal salad featuring fall produce and a tangy, hop-forward vinaigrette. Paired with Champion of the Sun (6.8% Hazy / NE IPA) Dry hopped with copious amounts of Simcoe, Citra, and Mosaic.

**Smoked Scottish Salmon Risotto with Wail of the Banshee Reduction**
The deep malty flavors and undertones of caramel and butterscotch in the **Wail of the Banshee** Scottish Ale pair wonderfully with the rich, smoky taste of Scottish salmon. This risotto marries the two in an elegant and hearty dish suitable for a third course. Paired with Wail of the Banshee (5.4% Scottish Ale) Traditional Scottish-style ale reads with a subtle caramel sweetness and a hint of butterscotch.

**Pineapple & Citrus Glazed Pork Tenderloin with IPA Reduction**
The bright and effervescent nature of **I’m Dead Inside**Double IPA, with its notes of citrus, pineapple, and tropical flavors, will pair exquisitely with pork tenderloin. The pork will be marinated and glazed with ingredients that mirror and elevate the beer’s profile, ensuring a harmonious Oktoberfest main course. With Caramelized Onion and IPA Mashed Potatoes and Pickled Red Cabbage Slaw. Paired with I’m Dead Inside (7.8% Double IPA) Dry hopped with Cryo Pop, Amarillo, El Dorado, and Citra to give an explosion of citrus, pineapple and tropical flavor and aroma. Slight sweetness without being heavy and overly filling.

**Pumpkin Spice Stout Bread Pudding with Chocolate and Coffee Caramel Sauce**
This bread pudding embraces the rich flavors of the Pumpkin Spice stout, ensuring a delightful ending to your Oktoberfest beer tasting. The incorporation of chocolate, coffee, and vanilla echoes the beer’s profile, while the bread pudding itself provides a comforting texture and warmth, perfect for a fall feast. Paired with Pumpkin Spice Stout (6% stout) Pumpkin spice latte-style stout brewed with chocolate, vanilla, coffee, lactose, & pumpkin pie spice.
