Rockville Fish & Game Club Field Target & Silhouette Match

Rifle Match – 60 shots – 30 targets – 15 lanes.
Two shots per target – 4 shots per lane – 5-minute time limit
The following six divisions and rules will be used:
- PCP Hunter
- PCP Combined – Senior*, Open & Unlimited**
- PCP WFTF
- Piston Hunter
- Piston Combined – WFTF, Open & Unlimited**
*Senior Division (Hunter division rules, 65 years old and older or provide proof of disability, use bipod or rifle rest support at standing lane, sitting unsupported at kneeling lane)
**Unlimited division (attached bipods, tripods, range finders are allowed)
8:00 AM Registration/Open Practice
9:15 AM Shooter’s Safety Meeting (Squad and lane assignments, hand out scorecards and timers)
9:30 AM Match starts.
Silhouette match – 40 shots off hand pistol, rifle or benched rifle speed round.
10 shots at each 1/10 scale animal & distance. 2-½ minutes to shoot 5 targets.
Pistol – 10-yard Chickens, 12.5-yard Pigs, 15-yard Turkeys, 18-yard Rams (individual steel targets)
Pistol with Iron Sights or Red Dot/Scope.
Rifle – 20-yard Chickens, 30-yard Pigs, 36-yard Turkeys, 45-yard Rams (pull to reset animal racks)
Speed round for rifle only. Start the timer first and knock down all targets as fast as you can with unlimited shots and stop the timer after knocking down the last target. You must be witnessed by another person. PCP, Springer, Single Shot and magazine fed classes.
~1:00 PM Silhouette Match starts after lunch.
Entry fee: $15 Adults, $10 Juniors or RFG members for both field target & silhouette
Must sign a waiver/release of liability form good for the current year. Eye protection is required.
Highly recommend bringing your own folding chair. Insect repellent will be available, and an 88 cubic foot air tank will be provided for PCP shooters.
