Private Event: Cookie Bake

Rachael Donoghue and Wilma Sutherland have been baking cookies as a sign of support for the Vernon Police Department for several years.  We started when, around the country,  too many were shouting Defund-the-Police and they were being ambushed.  It has gotten more expensive so we now welcome any donations of $$$, supplies or time.  We appreciate anyone that enjoys baking that would like to join us at the Club on 5/17, Sunday, from 10am until done.
We use butter, flour, sugar, brown sugar, eggs, semi-sweet chocolate chips, disposable trays with covers (9”x13”).  We make approximately 1,200 cookies, with some going to the Tolland State Police office now also.   Anyone that would like to join the fun in any way, let us know!!
