Time: Registration starts at 9:30 am, Safety Brief 9:45 am to 10 am, competition entries into the line starts at 10:00 am till approximately 12:00 pm. Competition ends at approximately 2:00 pm. All competitors MUST attend the safety / match briefing.
Use of face-covering (mask, neck gaiter, scarf or bandanna) and 6-foot separation between competitors is required.

This competition will be conducted per AAFTA (American Air gun Field Target Association) Rules as

Due the newness of this competition at RFG, RFG members and their youth family members with parental/guardian approval are encouraged to participate. Please contact either match director for further advice on airgun selection, etc. This competition is new this year to RFG. Spectators are very much welcome.
Cost: $10.00 RF&G members, all others $15.00. Please bring exact change.
Targets: Various animal or zombie reactive steel targets that fall upon hitting the target’s approximately
2” diameter hole. Field targets can be readily seen on the internet’s airgun dealers websites. Placement
will be at from 30 to 165 feet away. There will be multiple shooting lanes for this event.
Airguns: Any airgun with optics or open sights capable of shooting a lead or lead-alloy
pellet. These will generally include .177, .20, .22 airguns with certain power restrictions. Variable or
fixed optics are encouraged to certain magnification limitations per the above rules. Air rifles using PCP need to provide their own air supply, no community tank will be available.
Restrictions: Power of airguns limited to 20 ft lbs energy per AAFTA rules
Safety: All firearms will be brought to the range unloaded and cased. Competitors and observers will
provide their own eye protection. Ear protection optional.
Match Description: Each competitor will engage three reactive targets in their lane at varying
distances. Wind correction may be required. There will be 10 potential shooting lanes. There are
separate classes in this competition, please see attached AAFTA rules. There will be a pre-competition
