Deer Butchering Demo

Mike Ose, one of our very own club members, will be holding a deer butchering demonstration on Sunday, November 19th at 12:00 at the Pavilion.
Mike will demonstrate his method of skinning and butchering a deer.
He will describe the various cuts and what you can do with them and there may even be time to put some on the grill.
If you care to join in or just watch and learn, come to the Pavilion on Sunday.
