Wine Class 101

Have you ever wondered how wine is made or for that matter mead? You may be asking yourself what is mead. Mead is basically fermented honey. Both Joe Fydenkevez and Mike Ose have been making wine and mead for several years and we will share our experience. We are having an informational meeting that will give you complete instruction to successfully make your own wine. It is easy…but it takes time, and time is your friend. We will walk you through the process. There will be samples of home made wine to try. We will also have information about when to order wine juice. We will also talk about the other supplies needed. This overview of wine and mead making will be held at the main club house on April 20 at 6:30 PM.
